Data Strategic Planning

Data Strategic Planning is a series of workshops and individualized coaching sessions that guide organizations towards making more effective use of data.

We help you move towards making more informed decisions by aligning your data collection, analysis, and communication with your strategic goals.

Nearly 80 organizations around Connecticut have taken part in Data Strategic Planning since 2022, including advocacy organizations, social service providers, schools, cultural organizations, legal aid providers, housing groups, and state agencies.

Data Strategic Planning works in phases:

  • Understand how data can inform your work

  • Develop guiding questions and a simplified logic model

Phase II: Build Your Data Plan
