Data Strategic Planning is a series of workshops and individualized coaching sessions that guide organizations towards making more effective use of data.

We help you move towards making more informed decisions by aligning your data collection, analysis, and communication with your strategic goals.

Nearly 80 organizations around Connecticut have taken part in Data Strategic Planning since 2022, including advocacy organizations, social service providers, schools, cultural organizations, legal aid providers, housing groups, and state agencies.

“DSP has been an incredibly valuable resource for our team! We started with a list of questions we had no ideas how to approach solving and through our work with the DSP crew, we not only created systems to answer each one but also learned that we have gotten better at asking and answering questions on our own. DSP is a great judgment-free space to get ideas out and facilitate team conversations, making dedicated time to solve the problems you need to grow.”
