Data Strategic Planning is a series of workshops and individualized coaching sessions that guide organizations towards making more effective use of data.
We help you move towards making more informed decisions by aligning your data collection, analysis, and communication with your strategic goals.
Nearly 80 organizations around Connecticut have taken part in Data Strategic Planning since 2022, including advocacy organizations, social service providers, schools, cultural organizations, legal aid providers, housing groups, and state agencies.
Data Strategic Planning works in phases:
Phase I: Design Your Data Plan
Increase data literacy skills
Understand how data can inform your work
Develop guiding questions and a simplified logic model
Phase II: Build Your Data Plan
Identify strengths and gaps in your data practices
Align data with your strategic questions and desired outcomes
Assess your technology needs
