Recently, we had the opportunity to share information about the immigrant population that lives in Hartford to a group in Hartford. The American Community Survey provides a lot of interesting insights that are helpful to understand the contributions of the “foreign-born” population (the US Census Bureau’s umbrella term for people who have emigrated to the US, and may or may not hold citizenship status), as well as challenges faced by immigrants in Hartford.
